MyPathway helps you monitor employee retention by giving you visibility into employee activity and ongoing engagement over time.

Step 1: Log in to MyPathway

Sign in to your account and go to your main dashboard.

Step 2: Open the retention area

Navigate to the section of the platform that shows retention, employee status, or engagement data.

Step 3: Review the available data

Use the platform to review employee trends, completion activity, and any indicators connected to retention.

Step 4: Look for patterns

Pay attention to:

  • Employees who stop engaging
  • Employees who have low check-in completion
  • Repeated issues across the same office or team

Step 5: Use the data to take action

Retention data is most useful when it leads to action. Use what you see to improve support, communication, and follow-up within the office.

Best practice:

Review retention data consistently rather than only checking it occasionally. This helps you spot problems earlier and make better decisions.
